摘　　要：目的探讨紫柏凝胶药物血清作用于高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染相关性宫颈癌Si Ha细胞的免疫学反应机制。方法采用细胞培养及免疫组化方法,用不同浓度紫柏凝胶药物血清作用宫颈癌Si Ha细胞24、48、72 h后,分别标记出相同作用时间段不同浓度下及不同时间段相同浓度下白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10、CD83、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的光密度,通过计算平均光密度,分析药物作用与免疫因子IL-6、IL-10、CD83、TNF-α表达的量效与时效关系。结果随着药物血清浓度及作用时间的增加,IL-6及TNF-α的免疫表达均逐渐减弱,CD83及IL-10的免疫表达均逐渐增强(P<0.05)。结论紫柏凝胶药物血清能够通过改善宫颈局部免疫功能,抑制局部炎症反应,从而抑制宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒。Objective To investigate the immunological reaction mechanism of medicated serum in Zibai Gelatin for SiHa cells of the cervical cancer infected by high risk human papilloma virus （HPV）. Methods Through immunohistochemical comparison and the cell culture, and after medicated serum was administrated to SiHa cells of cervical cancer for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, optical densities of IL-6, IL-10, CD83 and TNF-αin the same time but different concentrations and different times but the same concentration were observed. Relationships of dose-effect and time-effect between expressions of IL-6, IL-10, CD83 and TNF-α and medicine action were analyzed by calculating average optical density. Results With the increase of medicine concentration and administration time of Zibai Gelatin, the expressions of IL-6 and TNF-αgradually decreased, while the expressions of CD83 and IL-10 gradually increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zibai Gelatin with medicated serum can inhibit local inflammatory reaction by improving local immunologic function of cervix, which is beneficial to reduce cervix high-risk HPV.
