千金子水煎液中4种有效成分含量测定

摘　　要：目的测定千金子水煎液中4种有效成分的含量,为千金子临床应用入煎剂提供依据。方法采用已建立的一测多评法测定千金子水煎液中3种二萜醇酯类成分千金子甾醇、千金子素L2、千金子素L3的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定千金子水煎液中香豆素类成分秦皮乙素的含量。结果千金子打碎水煎液中千金子甾醇、千金子素L2、千金子素L3含量分别0.015 9%、0.005 9%、0.024 1%,千金子整个入煎剂未检出以上3种成分;千金子打碎水煎液中秦皮乙素含量(0.693 6%)>千金子整个水煎液中秦皮乙素含量(0.288 2%)。结论千金子中二萜醇酯类成分水煎溶出效果不佳,临床使用千金子泻下利尿时不宜水煎;千金子打碎水煎时秦皮乙素溶出效果较好,临床用于抗菌消炎可入煎剂。Objective To determine the contents of four effective constituents in EuphorbiaeSemen decoction;To provide evidence for Euphorbiae Semen decoction into clinical application.Methods Established quantitative analysis multi-components by single marker method was used todetermine the contents of diterpenoids constituents, such as euphorbia storoid, euphorbia factorL2, and euphorbia factor L3. HPLC method was used to determine the contents of aesculetin.Results Contents of euphorbia storoid, euphorbia factor L2, and euphorbia factor L3 in smashedEuphorbiae Semen decoction were 0.015 9%, 0.005 9% and 0.024 1%, respectively. However, thecontents of the above three constituents could not be detected in whole Euphorbiae Semendecoction. The content of aesculetin （0.693 6%） in smashed Euphorbiae Semen decoction wasmore than that in whole Euphorbiae Semen decoction （0.288 2%）. Conclusion Decoction digestioneffect of diterpenoids constituents in Euphorbiae Semen decoction is not good. Decocting withwater is not suitable for the clinical application of Euphorbiae Semen for purgation and diuresis.Aesculetin in smashed Euphorbiae Semen decoction has good decoction digestion effect, in whichclinical use for antisepsis and anti-inflammation is effective.
