丹红注射液预处理对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液预处理对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支前30min,再灌注120min的方法建立MI/RI模型。在结扎前15min予以静脉注射丹红注射液(8m L·kg-1)。观察丹红注射液对MI/RI模型大鼠心肌组织病理、心肌细胞Bc I-2、Bax蛋白表达的影响。结果:丹红注射液预处理组Bc I-2蛋白表达明显增多,其平均灰度值明显下降,与模型组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);对Bax蛋白表达未见明显影响。结论:丹红注射液预处理能通过上调凋亡抑制基因Bc I-2蛋白表达,减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤诱发的细胞凋亡。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Danhong injection on cardiomyocytes apoptosis of injured rat. Methods:MI/RI model was established. Before ligation, rats were given the Danhong injection (8mL·kg-1). Effects of the Danhong injection were observed. Results: In the Danhong injection pretreatment group, BcI-2 protein expression was significantly increased, the average gray value decreased significantly. Difference between the Danhong injection pretreatment group and the model group was significant (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion:Through regulating BcI-2 protein of apoptosis gene, the Danhong injection could alleviate apoptosis which induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
