中药止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗静脉输液外漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药止痛消炎软膏外敷治疗静脉输液外漏的疗效。方法:选取2012年7月-2014年6月在我科住院治疗的输液外漏患者88例,将其随机分为两组,观察组44例,对照组44例,观察组患者采用中药止痛消炎软膏外敷患部进行治疗,对照组患者采用95%酒精热湿敷于患部,外用保鲜膜包裹进行治疗。治疗后对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.45%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.27%,观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中药止痛消炎软膏外敷对治疗静脉输液外漏患者有着较好的治疗效果,其消肿止痛起效快,而且价格较为低廉,使用方便、安全有效,可在临床推广应用。Objective:To research the effects of TCM analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical on intravenous infusion leakage. Methods:88 cases were divided into the control group and the observed group, 44 cases for each. The observed group was given TCM analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment. The control group received 95%alcohol fomentation and wrap affected part with cling film. After the treatment, clinical effects were compared. Results:The total efficiency of the observed group was 95.45%. The total efficiency of the control group was 77.27%. The efficiency in the observed group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment was effective on intravenous infusion leakage, and had quick, inexpensive, convenient, and security features, worthy of promotion.
