消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗宫颈糜烂92例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将妇科普查中发现的92例中度以上宫颈糜烂患者随机分2组:观察组48例,以红外光联合消糜阴道泡腾片外用治疗;对照组44例,以红外光治疗。比较2组愈合情况及不良反应。结果观察组与对照组治愈率分别为95.8%与86.4%,一次性治愈率观察组93.8%,对照组79.5%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者排液持续时间为(14±1.4)d,对照组患者排液持续时间为(25±3.6)d(P<0.05);结痂期患者出血量大于经血量的,观察组占4.2%,对照组占9.1%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组无任何不良反应,对照组3例出现瘢痕、2例交叉感染(P<0.05)。结论消糜阴道泡腾片联合红外光治疗宫颈糜烂,疗效确切,值得临床广泛推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with infrared ray on the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods Gynecological survey found more than 92 patients with moderate cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups: the study group contained 48 cases,who treated with infrared ray combined with Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets,control group contained 44 cases,who treated with infrared ray only. To compare healing and adverse reaction of two groups. Results Two groups of cure rates were 95. 8% and 86. 4%,respectively( P <0. 05),disposable cure rate of the study group was 93. 8%,control group was 79. 5%( P < 0. 05); After treatment,liquid discharge duration of patients in the study group was( 14 ± 1. 4) days,liquid discharge duration of patients in control group the was( 25 ± 3. 6) days( P < 0. 05); There were 4. 2% scabby patients in study group whose bleeding volume exceed menstrual blood volume,9. 1% scabby patients in control group whose bleeding volume exceed menstrual blood volume( P <0. 05); After the treatment,the study group had not any adverse reaction,3 cases of control group happened scar and cross( P < 0. 05). Conlusion The curative effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets Combined with infrared ray on the treatment of cervical erosion was prccise,and wes deserved to spread widely in clinical.
