摘  要:通过考察大学应届毕业生对高校就业指导网站运行的态度,及其对求职满意度的关系,探讨社会支持对这一关系的调节作用。调查结果表明:大学生对高校就业指导网站运行的感知有用性和易用性分别对求职满意度存在正向影响,社会支持调节了高校就业指导网站运行与求职满意度的关系。为了更好地提升高校就业网站的服务质量,还需要进一步加强对高校就业指导网站的管理,以促进网站的资源优化;要提供丰富、高质量的信息,以增强网站的"有用性";要关注用户体验,以提高网站的"易用性";要多方参与就业指导,以增加社会支持。Based on an investigation into college graduates' attitude towards the university employment guidance websites and the relationship between the websites' service provision and the degree of the students' satisfaction in their job-finding process,this paper studies the moderating effect of social support on this relationship. The results conclude that the perceived usefulness and ease of use of the websites have positive influence on the degree of satisfaction and that social supports adjust the relation between the websites' service and the students' satisfaction. To improve the website's service,actions must be taken that include:further strengthening the websites' management and optimizing their resources;providing students with sufficient and high-quality information to enhance the websites' 'usefulness';experiencing users' experiences and improving the website's 'ease of use';attracting more social support by involving all sectors in the work of employment guidance.
