喉内窥镜下手术联合YAG激光治疗双侧声带息肉疗效观察

摘　　要：研究全麻喉内窥镜下手术联合YAG激光治疗双侧声带息肉的临床效果.回顾性分析130例双侧声带息肉患者的临床资料,分别于术前1周内,术后1周、1月、3月行喉动态镜检查及声嘶评分.发现治愈率92.31%,好转率7.69%,总有效率100%.120例治愈者喉动态镜下声带黏膜波均恢复正常.结果表明,1.全麻喉内镜下照明良好,声带静止,利于精准切除息肉.2.联合YAG激光的使用,手术创面平整,术后恢复快,不易粘连.3.声带黏膜波的变化是疗效评价的重要指标.To explore the clinical effects of operation combined with YAG laser treatment for bilateral vocal cord polyp under general anesthesia laryngoscope.Retrospective analysis has been made on the clinical data of 130 cases with bilateral vocal cord polyps. Dividing them into three groups according to polyp diameter,we made dynamic laryngoscopy and score hoarseness ratings for all patients on one week before operation;one week,one month and three months after surgery respectively.We found that among the 130 cases accepted laryngeal endoscope surgery combined with YAG laser,120 cases were cured;cure rate is 92.31%,10 cases better, accounting for 7.69%,total effective rate 100.00%.The vocal cords mucosa wave of the cured 120 cases under the dynamic laryngoscope returns to normal.The result showed that 1.With better lighting,fixed vocal cords and clear vision,laryngeal microsurgery operation is precise and complete to remove polyps.2.With the method of surgery and YAG laser to treat bilateral vocal cords polyp,the trauma is small,no adhesion,definite effect and worth clinical promoting;3.The vocal cords mucosal wave in dynamic laryngoscope is the important objective index about postoperative vocal cord function returned to normal and the efficacy evaluation.
