自拟解郁散结汤治疗男性乳房发育异常症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁散结汤治疗乳房发育异常症的临床疗效。方法:68例男性乳房发育异常症患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各34例。治疗组采用解郁散结汤(柴胡、郁金、玄胡、当归、丹参、浙贝母、紫草、桔梗、牡蛎、穿山甲、甘草)治疗;对照组采用枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为88.23%,对照组有效率为64.70%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解郁散结汤治疗乳房发育异常症疗效显著。Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Jieyv Sanjie decoction on male breast dysplasia. Methods:68 cases of male breast dysplasia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 34 cases for each. The treatment group took the Jieyv Sanjie decoction (Chaihu, Yvjin, Xuanhu, Danggui, Dansheng, Zhebeimu, Zicao, Jiegeng, Muli, Chuanshanjia, Gancao). The control group took the Tamoxifen Citrate. Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was 88.23%and that in the control group was 64.70%, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating male breast dysplasia with the Jieyv Sanjie decoction shows significant efficacy.
