摘　　要：本文在中国实验快堆（CEFR）三回路系统中的设备冷却水子系统改造项目中参考国家《核电厂质量保证安全规定》对常规工业级系统——设备冷却水系统技术改造进行质量控制，有效的保障技改项目顺利实施，通过CEFR在2014年开展的科学试验及满功率运行验证．达成技改项目目标，提高技改工程质量，节约项目投资。The renovation project, technical modification of equipment cooling water system for the third loop system in China Experimental Fast reactons＂, referencing countries ＂the nuclear power plant quality assurance safety regulations＂, control quality of conventional industrial systems, which effectively guarantee the smooth implement of the technological upgrading projects. By experimental verification of scientific experiments and full power operation in 2014, The renovation project achieves technological upgrading objects, improving the quality of the technical renovation project and saving the project investment.
