微波联合光动力疗法治疗系统性红斑狼疮并尖锐湿疣1例

摘　　要：患者女,34岁。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)8年,外阴赘生物4个月,人流术后2个月。行CO2激光去除疣体多次,仍复发。肛周、会阴体、阴道前后穹窿、宫颈、宫颈口见灰白色的粟粒至黄豆大菜花样赘生物,醋酸白试验(+)。诊断:尖锐湿疣(CA),系统性红斑狼疮,人流术后。予微波联合光动力治疗3次,随访5.5年,未见复发。A 34-year-old female presented with SLE for 8 years, neoplasms on the perineum for 4 months, and 2 months after artificial abortion. Lesions repeatedly occurred even after several removals with CO2 laser. Examination showed off-white cauliflower-like neoplasms, sized millet to soybean, on the peri-anus, perineum, anterior and posterior ,~aginal fornix, cervix and cervical orifice. Acetic acid test was positive. Patient was diagnosed with CA, SLE and post artificial abortion. The patient received 3 treatments of microwave and photodynamic therapy and was followed up for 5.5 years without recurrence.
