早熟性皮脂腺增生1例

摘　　要：患者男，20岁。胸前区散在分布多个直径约为1～3mm的皮色或淡黄色丘疹13年余，偶觉轻微瘙痒。皮损组织病理示：表皮大致正常，真皮浅层可见由多个成熟的皮脂腺小叶组成的团块，中心有扩大的皮脂腺导管。诊断：早熟性皮脂腺增生。A 20-year-old man presented with several flesh or yellowish itchy papules, sized 1 ~ 3mm in diameter, on the chest for more than 13 years. Histopathological examination revealed a number of mass, consisting of hy- perplastic mature sebaceous lobules, with dilated sebaceous duct in the superficial dermis. The epidermis was normal. The diagnosis was premature sebaceous gland hyperplasia.
