中药熏蒸联合He-Ne激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛20例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸联合He-Ne激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的60例PHN患者随机分为3组,对照1组予中药熏蒸治疗,对照2组予He-Ne激光治疗,治疗组予中药熏蒸联合He-Ne激光治疗。治疗4周后,分别比较其数字评分法(NRS)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的变化情况。结果治疗组临床有效率高于对照组临床有效率(P均<0.01),均无严重不良反应发生。结论中药熏蒸与He-Ne激光疗法均能显著缓解带状疱疹后遗留的神经痛症状,但二者结合应用能够明显提高镇痛的有效率,并且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fumigation with the traditional Chinese medicine combined with He-Ne laser for postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods 60 patients with postherpetic neu- ralgia were randomly divided into 3 groups, including group 1 treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumi- gation, control group 2 with He-Ne laser therapy, group 3 with the combination of fumigation plus He-Ne laser therapy. The changes of numeric rating scale （NRS） and visual analogue scale （VAS） were evaluated 4 weeks after the treatment. Results The clinical effective rate was significantly higher in group 3 than in groups 1 and 2 （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, without serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Both fumigation with the tradi- tional Chinese medicine, and He-Ne laser benefit postherpetic neuralgia. But the combination of fumigation with the traditional Chinese medicine, and He-Ne laser is more effective than either one alone without noticeable adverse reactions.
