308nm准分子光联合钙泊三醇倍他米松治疗寻常性银屑病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察308nm准分子光联合钙泊三醇倍他米松治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法将35例处于稳定期的解剖位置相对对称的寻常性银屑病患者的两侧皮损随机分为两组,全部皮损予钙泊三醇倍他米松外涂,1次/d,治疗组皮损同时予308nm准分子光照射治疗,每3天1次,连续10次后评价疗效。结果入组35例患者,实际完成疗程30例。治疗10次后,治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组为66.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,治疗组不良反应率(36.70%)和对照组不良反应率(30.00%)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 308nm准分子光联合钙泊三醇倍他米松治疗寻常性银屑病安全而有效,未增加不良反应,值得临床选用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol beta- methasone ointment for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A randomized, self-controlled trial was carried in 35 psoriatic patients with symmetrically distributed stable lesions. All lesions were treated with topical calcipot- riol betamethasone ointment （q. d） while lesions in treatment group were also treated with 308 nm excimer light once every 3 days. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 10 laser treatments. Result Thirty pa- tients completed this study. The total effective rates in the treatment group and the controls were 90.00% and 66.70%, respectively （ P 〈 0.05）, while the rates of adverse events in the treatment group and the controis were 36.70% and 30.00%, respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment is effective and safe, and a valuable approach for the management of pso- riasis vulgaris.
