摘 要:研究了装配间隙对GH4169/1Cr18Ni9Ti异种金属钎焊接头的界面组织和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:在20~60 μm间隙范围内,伴随着间隙的变化,钎缝组织和抗剪强度并没有明显变化,钎缝由镍基的固溶体组成;装配间隙超出60 μm进一步增大后,对应钎缝中将产生金属间化合物,导致其抗剪强度明显下降.当间隙为60 μm时,钎焊接头断裂在钎缝扩散区,为韧性断裂;从1Cr18Ni9Ti到GH4169显微硬度呈现不断升高的趋势来看,扩散区的硬度高于临近母材区.The effect of assembly gap on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4169 / 1Cr18Ni9 Ti brazed joints was studied.The results showed that with the change of assembly gap in 20 ~ 60 μm,brazed seam microstructure and shear strength have no significant changes and the brazed seam was composed of Ni- based solid solution.If the assembly gap is larger than 60 μm,the brazed seam will form the intermetallic compounds which can result in the decrease of shear strength.When the gap is 60 μm,brazed joints fracture at the diffusion zone in brazed seam and the mode is the ductile fracture.From lCrl8Ni9 Ti side to GH4169 side,the microhardness Reep increasing trend,and the hardness of the diffusion zone is higher than that near base metal.
