匹配型发动机润滑油与节能减排应用研究

摘　　要：利用同等级匹配型发动机润滑油,分别在一辆福克斯轿车和一辆解放J6重卡上进行同等条件使用对比测试研究。研究结果表明:选择使用匹配型润滑油,无论是汽油机还是柴油机,其音噪、油耗、排放等指标均有不同程度的下降。尤其是柴油机使用匹配型润滑油后,明显感觉发动机噪声变小,怠速降低,动力增加,润滑油压力减小,换挡平顺无异响。Making use of the same matching lubricating oil of Engine, we have made a contrast test research on a Focus car and a liberation J6 heavy truck respectively in the same conditions. The result indicates that no matter gasoline engine or diesel engine, the index declines in different degree of their noises, fuel consumptions and emissions, under using matching lubricating oil of En- gine. Especially when the diesel engine uses matching lubricating oil, we can clearly notice that the noise of engine becomes much smaller, idle speed reduces, motivation increases, oil pressure decreases and have a smooth shifting.
