摘　　要：本文简要叙述了铝合金汽车轮毂的研究与应用历史,介绍了几种常用生产铝合金轮毂的新技术、新工艺。包括铸旋成型新工艺、半固态模锻新工艺以及计算机辅助工程技术、X射线无损检测技术等在铝合金汽车轮毂生产中的应用情况,并对铝合金汽车轮毂生产技术的发展趋势进行了展望。The research and application history of aluminum alloys used for auto wheels are reviewed summarily. Several new technologies for the production of aluminum alloy auto wheel hub,including the spin casting forming process and semisolid die forging process as well as the application situation of computer aided engineering technology and X ray nondestructive testing technology,are introduced in detail. The prospects of new technologies for the manufacture of aluminum alloy auto wheel hub are predicted.
