活络止痛汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛58例

摘　　要：目的:观察用活络止痛汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年3月—2014年7月本院不稳定型心绞痛患者116例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各58例。对照组给予科学饮食、运动指导、硝酸甘油等基础治疗,并给予酒石酸美托洛尔片2片·次-1,2次·d-1治疗,连续治疗3个月;治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用活络止痛汤内服治疗,1剂·d-1,连续治疗3个月。治疗后观察两组患者心绞痛、胸闷、心悸、气短等主要临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者胸闷、心悸、气短等主要临床症状有所改善,证候评分有所降低,以治疗组患者的评分降低程度更为突出,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后血脂总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平则较治疗前有所下降,以治疗组患者的变化幅度尤为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为74.1%,明显低于治疗组的有效率91.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活络止痛汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片能有效缓解不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Collateral-Activating and Pain-Stopping Decoction combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets on unstable angina pectoris. Methods： 116 cases with unstable angina pectoris received by this hospital from March,2010 to July,2014 were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 58 cases in each group. Control group were given basic treatment of scientific diet,exercise instruction and nitroglycerin. Besidess,Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets were also given,with two tablets each time,twice per day,and for 3 months of treatment. Treatment group were additionally orally given Collateral-Activating and Pain-Stopping Decoction,with one dosage every day and or 3 months of treatment. After the treatment,the improvement conditions of the chief manifestations of angina pectoris,chest stuffiness,palpitation,shortness of breath were observed. Results： After the treatment,the angina pectoris of both groups got obviously relieved. The chief manifestations of chest stuffiness,palpitation and shortness of breath also got improved in both groups; the symptoms scores got decreased and that was more obvious in treatment group,with statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups got declined,which was more obvious in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate was 74. 1% in control group and 91. 4% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Collateral-Activating and Pain-Stopping Decoction combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris and reduce the occurrence of angina pectoris,which is remarkably effective.
