舌针联合廉泉穴点穴治疗脑性瘫痪流涎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察舌针联合廉泉穴点穴治疗脑性瘫痪合并流涎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用舌针联合廉泉穴点穴治疗,3个月为1个疗程,在治疗前后对所有入选患儿进行教师流涎分级法(TDS)测定评定流涎程度,并对治疗前后结果进行比较分析。结果:对照组有效率为73.3%,治疗组有效率为93.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的流涎症状改善均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舌针联合点穴治疗脑瘫合并流涎具有明显的疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of tongue acupuncture combined with acupoint massage of Lianquan（ RN 23）in treating salivation due to cerebral palsy. Methods： Divide randomly 60 cases into treatment group and contrast group,30 cases in every group. Control group were given ordinary acupunture treatment,while treatment group were additionally given tongue acupuncture combined withacupoint massage of Lianquan（ RN 23）,with 3 months as a treatment course. All pediatric patients degree of salivation were tested by TDS before and after the treatment,and the results before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. Result： The effective rate was 93. 3% in treatment group and 73. 3% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclution： Tongue acupuncture combined with acupoint massage of Lianquan（ RN 23） has remarkable effect on salivation due to cerebral palsy.
