中西结合治疗儿童手足口病84例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西结合治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将164例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用抗生素和抗病毒药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药协定方治疗,两组均以6 d为1个疗程。结果:对照组80例中治愈62例,好转18例,治愈率为77.5%,治疗组84例中治愈78例,好转6例,治愈率为92.8%,两者治愈率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗儿童手足口病,安全可靠,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： 164 cases with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomized into control group（80 cases） given antibiotics and antiviral drugs and treatment group（84 cases） additionally treated with Chinese medicine agreed formula,with 6 days as a treatment course for both groups. Results： Among 80 cases in control group,62 cases were cured and 18 cases showed improvement; the cure rate was 77. 5%. Among 84 cases in treatment group,78 cases were cured and 6 cases showed improvement; the cure rate was 92. 8%.; the difference in cure rate between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy is safe,reliable and remarkably effective in pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease.
