通络蠲痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎43例

摘　　要：目的:观察通络蠲痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的86例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组采用风湿液治疗,观察组采用通络蠲痹汤治疗,两组均以8周为1个疗程。结果:治疗后两组患者关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数及晨僵时间均显著降低,但观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后发现两组患者RE、ESR、CRP水平均有所降低,但观察组降低幅度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者治疗后Ig G、Ig M、Ig A水平均有所降低,但观察组患者显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通络蠲痹汤有利于缓解类风湿性关节炎患者关节疼痛,减轻患者负担,有利于患者早日康复。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Yibi Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 86 cases with rheumatoid arthritis received by this hospital from January,2013 to January,2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group. Control group were given Rheumatoid Liquid and observation group were given Tongluo Yibi Decoction,with 8 weeks as a treatment course for both groups. Results： After the treatment,the arthritic pain and swelling as well as the morning stiffness time reduced markedly,but the decrease in observation group was much more obvious in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the levels of RE,ESR and CRP declined in both groups,but the decline in observation group was much more obvious in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）; the levels of Ig G,Ig M and Ig A declined in both groups,but observation group were much lower than control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongluo Yibi Decoction can relieve the pain due to rheumatoid arthritis and reduce the patients burden,which is favorable for the patients＇ early recovery.
