中医综合治疗颈肩腰腿痛49例  

Forty-Nine Cases with Neck-Shoulder and Lumbocrural Pain Treated by Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy

摘　　要：目的:观察运动手法及中药熏洗联合针灸理疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:将2012年12月—2014年1月来本院治疗的98例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组患者给予中药熏洗治疗及运动手法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,增加针灸理疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、颈椎病相关功能评分、机体疼痛评分等相关指标的变化。结果:观察组有效率为89.79%,对照组有效率为63.26%,两组有效率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者颈椎病相关功能评分和机体疼痛评分均有明显改善,与治疗前比较两组均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:运动手法及中药熏洗联合针灸理疗治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of sports manipulations and Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture therapy on neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pain. Methods： 98 cases with neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pain received by this hospital from December,2012 to January,2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group. Control group were given sports manipulations and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and treatment group were additionally given acupuncture therapy. The clinical effects,relevant function scores of the cervical spondylosis,and changes in scores of body pain were observed compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 89. 79% in observation group and 63. 26% in control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the relevant function scores of the cervical spondylosis and scores of body pain got obviously improved; the difference had statistical significance when compared with these before the treatment（ P〈0. 05） and the improvement in observation group was more apparent（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Sports manipulations and Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture therapy can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pain.
