血府逐瘀胶囊联合红外线照射治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症47例

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀胶囊联合红外线照射治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将94例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组患者采用牵引结合远红外线照射理疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀胶囊,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者工作生活能力、下肢功能、临床体征四项评分总分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊联合红外线照射能显著缓解老年腰椎间盘突出症患者症状,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with infrared radiation therapy on senile lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（ LIDH）. Methods： 94 cases with senile LIDH were randomized into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group. Control group were given infrared radiation therapy and experimental group were additionally given Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules to observe their clinical effects. Results： The effective rate of observation group was higer than that of control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of the working and living ability,lower limbs＇ function,and clinical symptoms in observation group were all marked better than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with infrared radiation therapy can remarkably relieve the symptoms of senile LIDH and improve the living quality of the patients.
