中医情志疗法应用于早期乳腺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中医情志疗法对早期乳腺癌患者围手术期心理状态的影响。方法:将72例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组用常规健康教育疗法,试验组采用中医特色情志疗法,观察干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及血清白介素2(IL-2)含量的变化。结果:试验组各指标评分较治疗前有明显好转(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:中医情志疗法能改善早期乳腺癌患者围手术期心理应激反应,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） emotional therapy on early breast cancer.Methods： 72 cases of breast cancer were randomized into experimental group and control group. For experimental group,TCM emotional therapy was applied while for the control group,routine health education therapy was applied. Then the changes of the indexes of SAS,SDS,VAS and IL-2content before and after treatments were assessed. Results： There was improvement of various indexes after the treatment in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）,but no significant difference in control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM emotional therapy could improve the early psychological stress reactions of the patients with breast cancer and enhance the clinical therapeutic effects.
