糖通饮治疗早期糖尿病肾病30例

摘　　要：目的:观察糖通饮治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将58例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。对照组口服马来酸依那普利片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用糖通饮。比较两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白定量、糖化血红蛋白、肾功能、血糖、血脂的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后尿微量白蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白定量、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇均明显下降(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖通饮能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率,减轻蛋白尿,同时使空腹血糖、血脂及糖化血红蛋白得到改善,治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效较好。Objective： To observe the effect of Tangtong Drink on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 58 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（28 cases）. Control group were given Enalapril Maleate Tablets and treatment group were additionally given Tangtong Drink. The changes in urinary albumin excretion rate,urine protein quantitation of 24 h,glycosylated hemoglobin,kidney function,blood sugar and blood lipid of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,the urinary albumin excretion rate,urine protein quantitation of 24 h,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood-glucose,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol all decreased obviously（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference between the treatment group and control group had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tangtong Drink can effectively lower the urinary albumin excretion rate,urine protein quantitation and improve fasting blood-glucose,blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin,which has good effect on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
