序贯结肠透析联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎45例

摘　　要：目的:观察序贯结肠透析联合锡类散治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组在采用序贯结肠透析联合锡类散治疗,对照组采用锡类散传统灌肠。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为86.66%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显的不良反应。结论:序贯结肠透析联合锡类散治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of sequential colon dialysis combined with retention enema of Xilei Powder on ulcerative colitis（ UC）. Methods： 90 cases with UC were randomized into control group（45 cases） given conventional enema of Xilei Powder and treatment group（45 cases） given sequential colon dialysis combined with retention enema of Xilei Powder. Results： The effective rate was 73. 33% in control group and 86. 66% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（P〈0. 05） and there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Sequential colon dialysis combined with retention enema of Xilei Powder has remarkable effect on UC.
