中西医结合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年11月—2014年10月本院门诊及住院接受治疗的哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者为研究对象,共132例,随机分为对照组和观察组各66例,对照组予以抗感染、消肿等治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上内服乳痈汤、外用消痈方治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状体征消失时间。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复至正常时间、肿痛消除时间、白细胞恢复时间分别为(3.21±1.24)d、(4.34±1.08)d、(4.01±1.24)d,均明显短于对照组患者的(4.53±1.12)d、(7.02±1.46)d、(6.96±1.28)d,组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效显著,可缩短临床症状体征恢复正常时间。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on lactation acute mammi- tis. Methods： 132 cases with lactation acute mammitis received by this hospital from Deeember, 2012 to October, 2014 were se- lected and randomized into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. Control group were given anti-in- flammation and anti-swelling treatment and observation group were additionally given internal administration of Acute Mastitis De- coction, and external-applied Mastitis-Removing Fornmla. The clinical effect and the clinical symptoms disappearing time of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate in observation group was greatly higher than that in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. In observation group, the time need for body temperature recovery, swelling and pain elimination and white blood cell recovery were respectively （3.21 ± 1.24） d, （4.34 ± 1.08 ） d, （4.01± 1.24） d, which was much shorter than that in control group with respective （4.53 ±1. 12） d, （7.02 ± 1.46） d, （6.96 ± 1.28 ） d ; there was significant difference between the two gToups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy has remarkable efficacy for treating lactation acute mammitis and shorten the recovery time for the clinical symptoms coming back to normal.
