中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性疾病45例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取髂动脉和/或股动脉闭塞患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予前列地尔联合疏血通注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤口服治疗。结果:观察组有效率为82.22%,对照组有效率为48.89%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性疾病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on acute lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases（ ALEAOD）. Methods： 90 cases with iliac artery occlusion or femoral artery occlusion were selected and randomized into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. Control group were given Alprostadil combined with Shuxuetong Injection while treatment group were additionally given Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction. Results： The effective rate of observation group（ 82. 22%） was better than that of control group（ 48. 89%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy has remarkable effects on acute lower extremity arterial occlusive diseases.
