中药热熨神阙穴联合针灸对肝胆外科术后患者快速康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热熨神阙穴联合针灸对肝胆外科术后患者快速康复的影响。方法:将110例肝胆外科术后患者采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组术后给予快速康复外科常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药热熨神阙穴联合针灸治疗。结果:观察组优良率为89.1%,对照组优良率为70.9%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后第2天、第3天MTL水平高于同期对照组(P<0.01),VIP水平低于同期对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药热熨神阙穴联合针灸能促进肝胆外科术后患者快速康复。Objective： To observe the influence of Chinese medicine hot compressing on Shenque（ RN 8） combined with acupuncture on rapid rehabilitation after liver and gallbladder surgery. Methods： 110 cases after liver and gallbladder surgery were randomized into control group（55 cases） given conventional treatment and observation group additionally given Chinese medicine hot compressing on Shenque（ RN 8） combined with acupuncture. Results： The excellent and good effective rate of observation group（89. 1%） was better than that of control group（70. 9%）（P〈0. 05）. The time needed for borborygmus recovery,first evacuation,first defecation,first intake of food and hospital stays in observation group was all shorter than it needed in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The levels of MTL on the 2nd and 3rd day in observation group were higher than these in control group of the same period（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine hot compressing on Shenque（ RN 8） combined with acupuncture can promote rapid rehabilitation after liver and gallbladder surgery.
