针刺治疗偏头痛选穴的临床研究概述

摘　　要：针刺治疗偏头痛的选穴规律:一是局部取穴,本病发病多由于少阳经脉气血失和所致,故取太阳、率谷、风池等,可以熄风、活血通络、扶正祛邪、调和气血、安神止痉;二是远端取穴,远端取穴可以调节和刺激相关经络远端的腧穴,缓解症状、活血化瘀达到治疗目的;三是远近配伍,取足临泣、外关、合谷、阳陵泉、三阴交等,上下配伍选取率高,远近配伍能快速起到止痉效果,有利于局部症状的缓解,并且通过腧穴调节运行整条经络的经气,平衡阴阳;四是特殊选穴,属微针系统,临床实践证明,治疗本病疗效明显、操作简便、治愈率较高。The acupoint selection law for migraine treated with acupuncture are as follows. First,local selection： this disease is mostly due to disharmony of the qi and blood of the Shaoyang meridian. Therefore,Taiyang（ EX-HN 5）,Shuaigu（ GB 8）,Fengchi（ GB 20） are selected to calm wind,activate blood flow and dredge collaterals,reinforce healthy qi and eliminate pathogen,regulate and harmonized qi and blood,tranquilize the mind and relief spasm. Second,distal selection： distal selection has the effect of regulating and stimulating the distal acupoint on certain meridians,relieving symptoms,activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis. Third,compatibility of local and distal selection; Zulinqi,Waiguan,Hegu,Yanglingquan,Sanyinjiao are selected with high rate of compatibility of upper and lower acupoints. The compatibility of local and distal acupoints can instantly stop spasm and is favorable for the relief of local symptoms. Besides,it can balance yin and yang by the regulation of qi along the whole meridian. Four,special acupoint selection; it belongs to microacupuncture system. It has been proved by clinical practice that this method has remarkable effect on migraine with simple operation and high healing rate.
