摘　　要：目的:观察一贯煎加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗各100例,治疗组给与一贯煎加减治疗,对照组采用胃炎颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.0%,对照组有效率为76.0%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:一贯煎加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Modified Effective Integration Decoction on chronic gastritis. Methods： 200 cases with chronic gastritis were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 100 cases in each group. Treatment group were given Modified Effective Integration Decoction while control group were given Gastritis Granules for the treatment. Results： The effective rate was 97. 0% in treatment group and 76. 0% in control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Modified Effective Integration Decoction has definite efficacy on chronic gastritis.
