少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经60例  

60 Cases with Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold Congealing and Blood Stasis Type Treated by Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction Combined with Moxibustion

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将60例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予芬必得口服治疗,治疗组给予少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗,3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果:治疗组轻度有效率为83.33%,中度有效率为94.11%,重度有效率为85.71%,对照组轻度有效率为71.43%,中度有效率为86.67%,重度有效率为62.5%,两组各程度有效率比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者痛经症状积分均有降低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且治疗组改善幅度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤配合艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经效果较好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold congealing and blood stasis type. Methods： 60 cases with primary dysmenorrhea of cold congealing and blood stasis type were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Fenbid and treatment group were given the treatment of Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with moxibustion. The efficacy was observed after 3 menstrual cycles. Results： In treatment group,the effective rate of mild seriousness was 83. 33%,that of moderate seriousness was 94. 11% and that of great seriousness was 85. 71%. In control group,the effective rate of mild seriousness was 71. 43%,that of moderate seriousness was 86. 67% and that of great seriousness was 62. 5%.By comparison between the two groups,the difference of the effective rate has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the symptom scores of dysmenorrhea in both groups declined; the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group; the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with moxibustion has good effect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold congealing and blood stasis type.
