蒲栀蜂胶含片治疗阿弗他溃疡60例

摘　　要：目的:观察蒲栀蜂胶含片治疗阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取阿弗他溃疡患者180例,随机分为中药治疗组、西药治疗组和对照组,各60例。中药治疗组给予蒲栀蜂胶含片口服治疗,西药治疗组给予华素片加地塞米松治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗。结果:中药治疗组有效率78.3%,西药治疗组有效率60.0%,对照组有效率36.6%,中药治疗组优于对照组和西药治疗组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲栀蜂胶含片治疗阿弗他溃疡临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Puzhi Propolis Buccal Tablets on recurrent aphthous ulcer（ RAU）. Methods： 180 cases with RAU were randomized into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Chinese medicine group were given Puzhi Propolis Buccal Tablets; western medicine group were given Cydiodine Buccal Tablets and Hexadecadrol; control group were given Placebo. Results： The effective rates of Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group were respectively 78. 3%,60. 0% and 36. 6%; Chinese medicine group were better than control group and western medicine group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Puzhi Propolis Buccal Tablets has remarkable effect on RAU.
