摘　　要：姜黄有多种有效化学成分,在肿瘤、慢性肝病、糖尿病、肾病、皮肤病等疾病的治疗上体现出了优势。然而,姜黄的作用机理研究还不够深入,尤其是分子生物学机制还需进一步阐明,临床副作用研究也有待跟进。今后应进一步对姜黄进行深度开发,以满足临床需求,拓宽临床应用范围。Jianghuang（ Rhizoma Curcumae Longae） contains many active pharmaceutical ingredients which present advantagess in treating such diseases as tumor,chronic liver disease,diabetes,kidney disease,skin disease. However,the research on the pharmacological action of Jianghuang（ Rhizoma Curcumae Longae） is far from enough. Especially,its molecular biological mechanisms needs further expounding,so does the clinical side effects. More deeper exploration of Jianghuang（ Rhizoma Curcumae Longae） should be conducted to meet the clinical demands and expand its clinical application.
