中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗带状疱疹30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组实施中医综合护理,对照组实施常规护理。结果:观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者健康知识掌握情况及对护理质量的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理配合贺氏三通法治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,可以减轻患者疼痛,减少后遗神经痛,普及健康知识,提高患者对护理质量的满意度。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with He＇s three dredging methods on herpes zoster. Methods： 60 cases with herpes zoster were randomized into observation group（30 cases） given Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing care and control group（30 cases） given conventional nursing. Results： The VAS score of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the occurrence rate of postherpetic neuralgia of observation group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the mastering of health knowledge and the satisfaction towards nursing quality in observation group was better than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing combined with He＇s three dredging methods has remarkable effect on herpes zoster,which can relieve the pain,reduce postherpetic neuralgia,widen health knowledge,and enhance the patients＇ satisfaction towards nursing quality.
