合成工艺条件对UFC性能的影响

摘  要:以U(尿素)和高浓度F(甲醛)为反应原料,合成了UFC(脲醛树脂预缩液),并考察了反应原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对UFC性能的影响。研究结果表明:反应原料配比与UFC的稳定性密切相关,当n(F)∶n(U)≥5.0∶1.0时,可得到性能稳定的UFC;改变反应温度或反应时间,UFC的游离F含量和耐冷冻性波动较大;提高反应温度或延长反应时间对UFC的结构组成、分布基本上具有同等效应。With U (urea) and high concentration-F (formaldehyde) as reaction raw materials, an UFC (ureaformaldehyde resin pre-polycondensation fluid) was synthetized, and the influences of mass ratios of reaction raw materials, reaction temperatures and reaction time on the properties of UFC were investigated. The research results showed that the mass ratios of reaction raw materials and stability of UFC were closely relevant, and the UFC with stable properties could be obtained when molar ratios of n(F) :n(U) were no less than 5.0: 1.0. The free F content and freezing resistance of UFC had the larger wave by changing reaction temperature or reaction time. The effects of improving reaction temperature or extending reaction time on structure composition and distribution of UFC were mainly same.
