摘 要:针对现有文献对供应链混合销售渠道、混合回收渠道交叉领域的协调机制研究的不足,运用契约理论和博弈论,研究了网上直销和线下销售并存,经销商和第三方回收商共同回收的双渠道销售与回收的闭环供应链协调问题。研究表明:与集中决策相比,在分散决策下销售商零售价格增加,第三方回收企业回收价降低,供应链系统总利润降低,因此分散决策不能实现供应链系统的协调;当参数满足一定条件时,补偿契约—成本分摊契约可以实现闭环供应链的协调。以家电企业为例,通过数值算例分析验证了补偿契约—成本分摊契约的有效性。According to the deficiency for coordination mechanism of supply chain with hybrid sales channels and hybrid recycling channels in existing literature ,this paper examines the problem of closed loop supply chain coordination with dual‐channel sale and dual‐channel recovery using contract theory and game theory .The analysis results of model show that the decentralized decision making compared to the relatively centralized decision making ,retailer's retail price increases ,the recovery price becomes small , the third party'recovery price becomes small ,and the total profit of the supply chain system becomes small in the decentralized decision model .Thus ,the decentralized decision cannot coordinate the supply chain system ,but the compensation contract‐recovery cost sharing contract can coordinate effectively the supply chain system under a certain condition . The numerical examples validate the effectiveness of the compensation contract‐recovery cost sharing contract .
