摘　　要：在档案工作实践中,常常会见到档案保管机构将诸如建筑物的补测补绘图纸、口述资料、回忆录等"身份"颇为特殊的文献作为档案进行保管,并加以利用。然而,此类档案在诸多方面都与传统定义下档案有所出入。笔者试图从建筑物的补测补绘图纸、口述资料、回忆录三个主要实例出发,讨论档案领域中存在的档案相对性原理,并详细论述了此类文献转化为档案的所需具备的四个基本条件。In the field of archives, we can always see archives institutions keep and take advantage of special documents and information such as buildings drawing paper, oral materials and memoirs. However, these archives have many differences from the traditional ones. This article attempts to discuss the relativity principle in the archives field from these three main instances, discussing in detail the four basic qualifications required of these documents conversion into archives.
