摘　　要：由于刑法对档案犯罪的规定比较笼统概括,不甚明确,学界对档案犯罪对象以及档案犯罪的主观心态等问题产生不同的认识,需要根据档案法的有关规定,同时运用相关刑法理论,对这些问题进行深入系统的分析,得出合理结论,以期对档案执法与司法有所裨益。Due to the provisions of the criminal law of archives is generalized, unclear, academic object of crime and crime subjective mentality archives and other issues have different understanding, need according to the relevant provisions of the archives law, at the same time using the relevant theory of criminal law, an in-depth and systematic analysis of the problem, a reasonable conclusion, to do good to the archives law enforcement and the judicial.
