乡村档案文化建设的现状调查与对策分析——基于艾青家乡F村的实证研究

摘　　要：文章以乡村档案文化建设为研究视角,以著名诗人艾青的家乡F村为调研对象,通过问卷调查、实地访谈和专家咨询等多种方式力争获取F村在乡村档案文化建设中的真实状况。通过实地调查发现,档案工作效益滞后性特征、传统档案文化的政治性色彩、乡村档案建设在制度和技术上的缺失以及乡村档案资源匮乏是阻碍F村档案文化发展的障碍性因素。由点及面,要想推动我国乡村档案文化的良性发展,需要在制度建构、技术支持、作用宣传和典型示范等方面作出努力。Choosing the poet AI Qing＇s hometown of F village as a research object, from the angle of rural archives culture construction, this paper tries to get F village in rural archives culture construction of the real situation through varieties of ways such as questionnaires, interviews and expert advice on the ground. Through field investigation it is found that the lag in benefits of archival work, traditional archival culture＇ s being political, shortcomings of the village archives culture building in the system and technique, and the lack of resources was the main obstacles in the development of village archives culture. From micro to macro analysis, this paper gets the conclusion that in order to realize the positive development of rural archives culture construction, we have to make attempts in system construction, technique supporting, promoting publicity, and model demonstration.
