摘　　要：以中国专利公布公告系统为数据源,采集截至2014年10月8日公开的杜仲专利申请数据,从年度申请量、类型、申请地区、热点技术领域、技术发展趋势、主要申请人等角度进行分析,总结出我国杜仲技术发展现状及趋势。提出加大资金和技术投入力度,促进产业综合发展;加强产学研结合,提高自主创新能力;加强知识产权保护,制定配套法律法规等建议。The paper takes China’s patent announcement system as data source, collects patent application data of Eucommia ul-moides opened before October 8 of 2014, analyzes them from angles of annual applications, category, regional distribution, technological hotspots, technology development trend, main applicants, and summarizes status quo and trend of technology development of Eucommia ulmoides in China. The paper puts forward some suggestions including of enhancing input in capital and technology to promote com-prehensive development of the industry, strengthening industry-university-research cooperation to promote capability of independent innovation, reinforcing intellectual property protection and formulate supporting laws and regulations.
