摘　　要：针对我国现在城镇用地规划管理部门分析决策的现实和发展趋势,基于当前GIS在该领域研究的成果,已经构建了城镇用地的多目标优化规划模型,并对其进行了需求目标分析、系统结构设计以及模块的功能界定,在此基础上开发基于GIS的用地规划分析决策系统。in our country now the department of urban land use planning management analysis and decision of reality and development trend, based on the current GIS in this field of research results, build a multi-objective optimal planning model of urban land use, and the demand of target analysis, system structure design and module function defined, based on the analysis of land use planning decision system based on GIS development.
