摘　　要：随着GIS在测绘技术中的融合应用,城市地下管网的管理系统从最初的二维可视化发展到三维地下管线的展示、运维、更新等等。本文通过分析地下管网系统的建立,探讨GIS对测绘技术的发展的推动力,并对测绘技术发展与地下管网系统的完善提出未来方向。Nowadays in the process of the Rural Housing Land Cadastral Surveying, The Mean Square error of the boundary marks is very important index to evaluate the results of the project. This paper proposes the way of how to calculate the mean square error of the boundary marks and the way of compiling its VB program to perform the work, so as to increase the working efficiency greatly.
