摘 要:本文在适宜建设塘坝和泵站的地区,提出一种新的灌溉水源利用模式。在作物需水灌溉时段内由塘坝与泵站联合供水灌溉,在非灌溉时段内由泵站补充塘坝蓄水。给出塘坝与泵站联合运用模型的边界参数、联合运行算法以及适应条件;根据评价模型确定最优的泵站规模以及塘坝调蓄等主要参数。实例表明,在既定条件下,通过塘坝与泵站多水源联合运用优化设计,在保证作物灌溉需水要求的前提下,可以有效减小工程投资,从而获得较大效益。A new irrigation water-use model was proposed in the appropriate area with construction conditions of small reservoir and pumping station. Pumping station supplied water to a small reservoir in non-irrigation period and small reservoir and pumping station jointly provided irrigation water in crop irrigation period. Given the boundary parameters of combined utilization model, combined operation algorithm and adaptation conditions, the main regulating parameters of the optimal scale of pumping station and small reservoir were determined according to the evaluation criteria. The case showed that under the premise of ensuring crop irrigation water requirement, through optimization design of multi-water combined utilization with specific conditions could effectively reduce engineering investment, and get big benefit.
