摘　　要：介绍TRIZ(萃智)创新方法的思维体系,并阐述其在TD-SCDMA无线接口的技术布局与关键技术实现中,发现问题,分析问题,运用所掌握的资源解决问题的引导作用。This paper introduces the TRIZ method of innovation thinking system, and explains that TRIZ plays the guide role to find and analysis of problem. The use of the available resources to solve problems in the TD-SCDMA radio interface technology layout and the implementation of the key technique.
