摘  要:针对某采油厂区储油罐监控存在盲区,加热储油罐能源浪费大,泄漏点检测和定位数据信息采集不准确等问题,根据ARM9内核处理器的特点,开发了以S3C2440为核心的嵌入式工业监控软硬件系统平台。研究了运用GSM网络模块和GPS技术进行储油罐无线监控与定位系统设计,详细介绍了其硬件和软件构成。系统能够解决采油厂原油在储存过程中的远程实时温度和加热设备的数据采集,采用无线的数据通信方式,可实现采油厂区众多储油罐泄漏点的检测与精确定位。系统用太阳能替换常规能源加热原油储罐,能减少大量的能源浪费,节能环保,具有很好的推广应用价值。To solve the defects in some oil plants about the blind spot of monitoring oil tank,the problem of heating tank and large energy'Waste,the inaccuracies of data information collection at the oil tanks leak detection and location,according to the characteristics of the kernel ARM9 processor, the hardware and software system industrial monitoring embedded plat- form with S3C2440 as the core is developed. The oil tanks of wireless monitoring and positioning system are designed by using GSM network module and GPS technology, the hardware and software design are introduced in detail.This system can solve remote real-time temperature and heating equipment data acquisition in the process of oil storage. Using wireless data communication mode,the system can realize a number of plant oil tanks leak detection and precise positioning in some oil plants.The system uses solar energy to replace conventional energy heating oil to reduce energy consumption. It has energy saving and environmental protection with great popularization value.
