高原环境下血细胞复检规则的制定与应用研究

摘　　要：目的制定高原环境下血细胞检验显微镜复检规则,确保血细胞检验结果准确可靠,给临床对疾病的诊断、治疗及病情评估提供有用信息。方法结合高原实际制定了血细胞检验显微镜复检规则,通过对54750份标本结果的数据分析,评价了复检规则的可行性和可靠性。结果制定的复检规则经2年的临床验证有重要临床价值和意义。复检标本数为15549份,占28.4%,经人工显微镜复检有5167份标本结果异常,占复检总数的33.1%。结论制定高原环境下血细胞检验显微镜复检规则非常重要,对提高血细胞检验的准确性,提升血细胞形态学检验水平有重要意义。Objectives We institute review criteria of blood smear under microscope in blood cell examination at high altitude area,making sure the results of blood cell examination are accurate and reliable which can offer useful information to disease diagnosis,treatment and evaluation.Method According to the actual situation in high altitude, we establisih the re-examination rules, then evaluate feasibility and credibility of review criteria based on data analysis from 54750 sample results.Result Two years of clinical trials indicate great clinical value and significance of review criteria.15549 samples were re-tested under microscope ,accounting for 28.4%, then we found out 5167 blood results abnormal,accounting for 33.1%. Conclusion Instituting review criteria of blood smear under microscope in blood cell examination at high altitude area is very significant,which play a important role in improving the accuracy of blood cell examination and the level of blood cell morphology analysis.
