拟龟纹圆瓢蜡蝉触角扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：通过扫描电镜对拟龟纹圆瓢蜡蝉Gergithus pseudotessellatus Che,Zhang&Wang,2007雌雄虫触角感器进行了观察。结果表明,触角上存在8种感器,即三角形感器、毛形感器、耳形感器、耳廓形感器、具弯钩形感器、腔锥形感器、芽孢形感器及刺形感器。其中腔锥形感器仅分布在梗节上,其余感器均分布于柄节,鞭节无感器。观察发现在感器数量上雄性明显多于雌性,且耳形感器II型仅存在于雄性触角上;并发现了雌性触角上分布有刺形感器II型,这在瓢蜡蝉科乃至蜡蝉总科昆虫中尚属首次发现。此外,本文亦对拟龟纹圆瓢蜡蝉与其他蜡蝉的触角感器进行了比较分析,发现触角感器在不同科级阶元之间存在明显差异。The morphology of antennae of Gergithus pseudotessellatus （Che,Zhang ＆ Wang,2007） was firstly observed by scanning electron microscope （SEM）.The results showed that the antennae consisted of scape,pedicel and flagellum.Eight types of sensilla were found：Sensilla trichodea （ST）,Sensilla triangle （STR）,Sensilla coeloconica （SCO）,Sensilla auricillica （SA）,Sensilla bent-tipped （SBT）,Sensilla ear-shaped （SES）,Sensilla gemmiformium （SG） and Sensilla cheatica （SCH）.These sensilla were found on scape except Sensilla coeloconica （SCO）,which was only found on pedicel.There were no sensilla found on flagellum.The number of sensilla on female was less than those on male.SA-Ⅱ was only found on male.SCH-Ⅱ was found on female of family Issidae for the first time.The morphological comparisons of antennal sensilla among G.pseudotessellatus and another species of Fulgoroidea were also analyzed in this paper.
