杠板归营养器官的解剖结构

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片方法,对杠板归营养器官进行解剖研究。结果显示:杠板归根和茎的初生结构包括表皮、皮层和维管柱三部分,根初生木质部为四原型。茎的次生结构由表皮、基本组织和维管柱组成,与一般双子叶植物由周皮和次生维管组织构成明显不同。叶由表皮、叶肉和叶脉组成,栅栏组织细胞一层,排列紧密。此外,杠板归茎和叶的薄壁细胞内具大量的草酸钙晶体。The anatomical structures of vegetative organs of Polygonum perfoliatum were studied by the method of paraffin section.The results demonstrated that the primary structures of root and stem consisted of epidermis,cortex and vascular tissues.The number of proto-xylems in primary root was tetrarch.The secondary structure of stem included epidermis,periderm and vascular tissues,which were significantly different from the normal dicotyledons that were made of cortex and vascular tissues.The leaves of P.perfoliatum were made up of epidermis,mesophyll and veins,and palisade mesophyll cells packed closely to each other in one layer.Furthermore,a large number of crystals were found in the parenchyma cells around the vascular tissues in stem and leaf.
