摘  要:采用HPLC法测定提取过程中栀子苷、黄芩苷、小檗碱含量变化,确定动态优化工艺。比较动态优化工艺和原工艺总浸膏得率、指标性成分含量和指纹图谱的相似度,评价动态优化方法优化蓝芩口服液提取工艺的可行性。结果表明,两种提取方法指标成分含量和总固体物得率相差小于5%,指纹图谱相似度100%,说明动态优化工艺和原提取工艺所得提取物基本一致;但是动态优化工艺可以减少46%的提取时间,耗电量节约45%。动态优化方法可用于蓝芩口服液提取工艺的优化,该工艺能减少提取时间,降低生产成本,具有很大的市场推广价值。To determine dynamic optimization process,HPLC method was employed to analyze the content changes of geniposide,baicalin and berberine in extraction process.Taking as indexes,feasibility of dynamic optimization extraction method(DOEM) using in active ingredients from Lanqin oral liquid was evaluated and compared with the original extraction process in extraction yield,contents of marker components and fingerprints similarity.The results showed that the contents of marker components and total solids yield varied less than 5%,with a 100% of similarity in fingerprints,indicating basic coincidence between extracts by the two optimized processes.The dynamic process optimization process could save 46% of the extracting time and 45% of the power consumption.Therefore the conclusion is that DOEM can be applied to optimize extraction of Lanqin oral liquid,it can significantly reduce the extraction time,lower production costs and has a good market value.
