摘  要:采用大田试验,设置不同施S量处理,研究了硫素营养对烤烟叶片石油醚提取物合成。结果表明,烟田土壤缺硫或施硫过多都不利于烟叶中石油醚提取物的合成,适量的施硫才有利于提高烟叶中石油醚提取物含量,当施硫量为135 kg/hm2时,烤烟不同生育期石油醚提取物含量最高,烘烤后烟叶石油醚提取物含量为7.93%;6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、异柠檬酸裂解酶、磷脂酸磷酸酶(PAP)的活性最强。Relationship between sulfur nutrition and synthesis of petroleum ether extracts in tobacco leaves was studied by field experiment.The results showed that,either soil sulfur deficiency or excess application of sulfur was not favor to synthesis of the petroleum ether extracts in tobacco.Suitable amount of sulfur application might improve the petroleum ether extract content in tobacco.When sulfur application was 135 kg/hm2,the petroleum ether extract content in flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages was the highest.Petroleum ether extract content in the cured middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco was 7.93%.Activity of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase,isocitrate lyase and phosphatidate phosphatase was the highest.
